A chance to try a range of wellbeing activities (many dementia-friendly).
This is a partnership event, run by NHS Bradford District Care, The Memory Tree and Champions Show the Way. The Memory Tree provides specialist dementia support in the community and Champions Show the Way provide volunteer-led activities across the District.
Time to Shine has consulted with 200 older people to write an Age-Friendly Charter for Leeds. Come along to celebrate its completion, learn how it was created and hear about the next steps.
